Information from Japan Arts to audiences [From February 25, 2020 – March 13, 2020]
Amid concerns on the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we intend to hold the following concerts, making our utmost effort in carrying out prevention measures, while heeding the information announced by the Japanese government and local authorities. We will refund for tickets to the audience members who are not able to come to the concerts due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection. Detailed procedure of the refund, correspondence and requests at the concert venues will be announced later. The concerts may be cancelled depending on future circumstances.

However, as a result of general consideration of the Japanese government’s statements for infection prevention, measures taken by local authorities, and the trend in the society, to place ultimate priority on the safety of audience members, artists, and other concerned people, we have decided to postpone or cancel the following concerts. We are very sorry for the audience members who have been looking forward to the concerts. Your understanding will be appreciated.

Amid concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus, we at Japan Arts will in principle hold concerts organized by our company as planned, making our utmost effort in carrying out prevention measures with respect to audience members in the concert venues, performing artists, and presenters, while heeding the information announced by the Japanese government and local authorities.
Infection prevention countermeasures undertaken by our company
-At concerts presented by our company, prior to the concert we confirm that our company’ s staff members do not have symptoms such as fever, cough, cold, etc., and carry out thorough handwashing.
-To prevent the possibility of infection, our staff members will wear face masks when guiding and assisting audience members. Thank you for your understanding.
Requests to audience members
-If you are experiencing fever, coughing or other symptoms, we ask that you consult with a medical institution prior to attending a performance.
-Please practice thorough handwashing, use of alcohol antiseptic, etc. Please make use of the liquid alcohol antiseptic placed inside the performance venues.
If you are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, etc., please take care to practice coughing etiquette such as wearing a face mask, and please undertake infection prevention measures.
